1.1 Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By accessing or using the 99db platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 99db. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms have been drawn up on the basis of established international online gaming laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. 99db commits to operating in a fair and transparent manner at all times.

99db reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players may participate in the 99db VIP program. The program is divided into five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as players move to higher tiers. The weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at the Bronze tier and up to 1.0% at the Diamond tier. VIP benefits are earned based on regular gaming activity and 99db retains full authority to set the relevant criteria.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abusing bonus benefits — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit system errors for gain — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, 99db reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 99db are built on fully impartial and verifiable random number generator (RNG) technology. There is no way to influence, alter or manipulate the outcome of any game. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on any previous result.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues and Game Cancellation

8.1 Service Availability

8.2 Third-Party Content
